House Rules – Please Review Carefully No Smoking or Vaping – Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside the home or anywhere on the property. A $500 fee will be charged for any evidence of smoking. Respect Quiet Hours – Please keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM out of respect for the neighborhood. No Parties or Events – Gatherings, parties, or events are not permitted. Pets & Furniture – Pets are not allowed on furniture, beds, or linens. Excessive shedding or evidence of pets on furnishings may incur an additional $100 cleaning fee. Clean Up After Pets – Please pick up after your pets. A $100 fee will be charged if not followed. Pet Fee – If a pet fee was not included at the time of booking, it will be charged to the credit card on file. Hot Tub Rules – No food or drink in the hot tub. Health Advisory – Please refrain from using the hot tub if you are pregnant, ill, or have open wounds or rashes. Coffee Grounds – Dispose of coffee grounds in the trash only—do not pour them down the sink. Basement Doors – The double doors in the basement are not for entry or exit. EV Charging – We do not provide EV charging. However, there are convenient charging stations nearby.

We had a fantastic stay! From start to finish communication was quick, friendly, and super helpful. The home itself was clean, nicely maintained & very cute. The amenities stood out, everything was thoughtfully stocked, from toiletries to coffee, and the hot tub was such a treat after a full day out. The bottle of wine waiting for us was the perfect welcome touch and set the tone right away. We also really appreciated all the local tips and recommendations they made so we could experience the area like locals. The location couldn’t have been better, walkable to all of the restaurants, tasting rooms & shops in McMinnville. Would absolutely stay here again, highly recommend!

We loved staying here and will definitely book again. We had a party of six and everyone was very comfortable. Loved the historic house and charm. Lots of amenities and a stocked kitchen.

3rd street with restaurants and local shops are only a few mins walk away. The house is located on 2nd street and most shops are on 3rd street, only a block and half away. We have a long driveway where one vehicle will fit easily and there is plenty of street parking.
